6 Gold completed Inv 5.2 ans Bits and Pieces III. Homework due tomorrow is ACE 10 pg 68. Reflection pg 73 #1-3 only is due Monday. Test over BPIII Monday.

6 Gold completed Inv 5.1, which focuses on finding out the percent discount on a numbers. Homework due tomorrow is ACE 1-4, 16-18 pg 67. Reflection pg 73 #1-3 only is due Monday. Test over BPIII Monday.

6 Gold worked on their quiz today. We didn't have time to complete it, so we will work on it tomorrow. ACE and Reflection also didn't get collected, make sure it's completed tomorrow!

6 Gold completed Inv 4.3. Reflection pg 61 is due tomorrow, along with ACE 8-12 pg 56 (showing all work). Quiz tomorrow over percents.

6 Gold started Inv 4.3, continuing their work with percents and decimals. Reflection pg 61 is due Wednesday. Reflections need to be written in complete sentences.

6 Gold started Inv 4.2, using 10% to help find other percents. We will finish Inv 4.2 tomorrow. Homework tonight is 20 minutes of ALEKS.

6 Gold finished Inv 4.1 Homework due tomorrow is ACE 2, 3, 13, 14 pg 55. Students must show work to receive full credit.

6 Gold started Inv 4.1, which focuses on finding percents of numbers. We are going to be working with sales tax and discounts in Inv 4.

6th grade did not have math today due to their field trip! ACE 25, 26 pg 44 and Reflection pg 49 and finish quizzes Friday

6 White took a quiz over dividing decimals. We had a shortened period today due to Ambassadors so ACE and Reflection we not collected. This give those students who forgot an extra couple days. We will collect ACE 25, 26 pg 44 and Reflection pg 49 and finish quizzes Friday (6th grade has a field trip tomorrow.)

6 Gold used their class time today and yesterday working on Inv 3.4 ACE 25, 26 pg 44 and Reflection pg 49 (which was assigned yesterday) are due tomorrow. Quiz over Inv 3 tomorrow. The following link will help prepare for the quiz!

6 Gold launched Inv 3.2, dividing decimals. We also did some housekeeping and passed back graded papers, which can be found in the graded homework section of their binders. We will finish Inv 3.2 tomorrow.

6 Gold did not have math today because of P2K. ACE 1-4 is due tomorrow.

6 Gold finished Inv 3.1 Homework tonight is ACE 1-4 pg 43. Students need to identify the operations (add, subtract, mult divide), explain why, solve and show work. NO CALCULATORS.

6 Gold started Inv 3.1 of BPIII. We will finish Inv 3.1 on Monday. Homework for the weekend is 30 minutes of ALEKS.

6 Gold had a lot of different activities going on today. Some students took a pretest over BPIII, some students worked on VOCAB, some worked on ALEKS, and some worked on adding and subtracting decimals! the class did a very good job on their pre test from working on ALEKS, so we are going to skip Inv 1 & 2 of BPIII and jump right into Inv 3 (dividing decimals) tomorrow. Vocab is due tomorrow.
