7 Gold started Inv 4.2 which formally introduced writing equations from tables and graphs by identifying the slope and y intercepts. We will finish Inv 4.2 tomorrow.

7 Gold finished Inv 4.1. Homework tonight is ACE 1, 38 pg 78. ACE #1 needs graph paper.

7Gold started Inv 4.1, we took a little trip around the school and explored the steepness of the steps. We will finish Inv 4.1, and exploring slope tomorrow.

7 Gold has two math classes today (yay!) In the first class we finished Inv 3.5. homework due tomorrow is ACE 24, 26 pg 62, Reflection pg 69. WE will be taking a quiz in the second math class.

7 Gold started Inv 3.5 today. Homework tonight is ACE 45, showing all work, due tomorrow. Reflection pg 69 is due Friday!

7 Gold finished Inv 3.4, but the Reflection due date has been moved to Thursday. ACE 14, 15, 44 pg 59 is due tomorrow. Student MUST show work to receive full credit.

7 Gold is almost done with Inv 3.4 Reflection pg 69 is due Wednesday. The reflection must be written in complete sentences.

7 Golds completed Inv 3.3. homework due tomorrow is ACE 10-12 pg 58. Student MUST show work to receive full credit (showing work is 2/3 of the points!)

7 Gold is almost done with Inv 3.3, students need to solve the 5 practice problems I gave them at the end of class and they MUST SHOW THEIR WORK!!! Practice problems are due tomorrow.

We completed Inv 3.1 and launched Inv 3.2. Homework due Thursday is ACE 2-4 pg 57. Inv 3.2 introduces solving equations.

7 Gold did some housekeeping today. We passed back graded homework, which can be found in the homework sections of the binders, and finished our Inv 2 quizzes. We also started Inv 3.1, solving linear equations. Students will be expected to solve linear equations from now until the end of Algebra II in high school. Inv 3 is VERY important!

7 Gold is still working on Inv 2.4. Homework for tonight is to finish Plan 1-3 graphs, this will prepare students for tomorrows.

7 Gold started Inv 2.4. We are tying together y intercepts, rates, equations, graph and tables. Homework for the weekend is 30 minutes of ALEKS.

7 Gold started Inv 1.2 today. Inv 1.2 covers 1 step linear relationships in tables, graphs and equations. This chapter builds the foundation for Algebra I. Homework tonight is to complete Problem 1.2 all of Part A.

7 Gold started Inv 1.1 of MSA. We went outside and calculated our walking rates. We will use out walking rates and apply them to linear equations tomorrow. Homework tonight is 20 minutes of ALEKS.

7 Gold did some housekeeping today, cleaned out binders, passed back papers, and marked out books for the next chapter, Moving straight ahead. Homework due tomorrow is MSA vocab.
