7 White started Inv 4.2 which formally introduced writing equations from tables and graphs by identifying the slope and y intercepts. We will finish Inv 4.2 tomorrow.

7 White finished Inv 4.1. Homework tonight is ACE 1, 38 pg 78. ACE #1 needs graph paper.

7 White started Inv 4.1, we took a little trip around the school and explored the steepness of the steps. We will finish Inv 4.1, and exploring slope tomorrow.

7 White used the first math class starting Inv 3.5 We will finish 3.5 in the after noon ( the get two classes!)

7 White finished Inv 3.4. Homework due tomorrow is ACE 12, 14, 45 pg 59. Students must show ALL work on these problems. Reflection pg 69 due date has been moved to Friday.

7 White is still working on Inv 3.4. The +/- are throwing students off, just don't forget what we learned about coins and bags! Students need to finish part B tonight to be prepared for class!

7 White took the gridded response practice test for ISTEP. They also received 5 equations to solve due tomorrow. MUST SHOW WORK!

7 White completed Inv 3.3. homework due tomorrow is ACE 10-12 pg 58. Student MUST show work to receive full credit (showing work is 2/3 of the points!)

7 White is working on Inv 3.3, we are moving away from bags and coins and showing our work for solving equations symbolically.

7 White started Inv 3.1, solving linear equations. Students will be expected to solve linear equations from now until the end of Algebra II in high school. Inv 3 is VERY important!

7 White did some housekeeping today. We passes back graded homework, which can be found in the homework sections on the binders, and finished our Inv 2 quizzes. We will begin Inv 3 tomorrow.

7 White completed Inv 2.3. The notes from Inv 2.3 will help with homework. ACE 8 & 9 pg 36 is due Thursday!

7 White started Inv 2.3 which makes students analyze linear relationships in context to a problem. We will finish inv 2.3 tomorrow.

7 White started Inv 1.3 over linear relationships in tables, graphs, and equations. Homework is ACE 1, 2 pg 12. For 1a, students need to find meters per second!

7 White completed Inv 1.2 Homework due Thursday is ACE 3 pg 12 & 13. This assignment needs graph paper. Students should not wait til tomorrow night to start this assignment.

7 White is working on Inv 1.2 of Moving Straight Ahead. We started Inv 1.2, which focuses on linear tables, graphs and equations. Homework tonight is to finish the graph for Alana, Gilberto, and Leanne for Inv 1.2 part A.
