Wednesday

Holy Spirit had a wonderful Mass with out Sister Parish.  We are having a $2.00 jeans day Friday to help raise money for new uniforms for the students in Honduras!

Middle School did not make it to the computer lab today because 4th and 5th are benchmarking.  Middle School is starting benchmarks next week.  I will be taking all classes to the lab to benchmark.  When they finish their benchmarks, we will set Aleks goals!  Students still need to get on ALEKS even tho their are no goals set for this coming week!

Tuesday

Sorry I didn't get to post yesterday, I had a dental appointment at 2:30 that lasted til 6:30!!  All class pages have been updated!

Short Week!

We got Spirit!

What a great spirit week!  Just a reminder, Monday is the middle school dress out day for non conduct/uniform reminders.  Also, progress report grades have been moved to Monday, but you can check the on line grade book any time.

Character day

LOVED the costumes today!  Tomorrow is Green and Gold day.  No face paint, or colored hair spray.  It's green and gold clothing only.

Everyone looked so nice today for dress out day!  Tomorrow is Character day!

ALEKS GOALS ARE DUE TOMORROW!!!

7th graders, you were given the code to re-new your subscription last Wednesday!  I just authorized a few students just now, this needed to be done Friday!

Hello!!
Sorry for the late post!  The server has been down at school, and I am just getting home to my computer to give you some updates!  Not only has the server been down, but so has the on line grade book.  I will be entering grades tonight, so they should show up on your end by tomorrow.

Mrs. Moran, Mrs. G and I went to the National Middle School Association Conference last week and had a great time and learned a lot.  I came back to a wonderful report from my Substitute!  Thanks Middle School!

Aleks goals are due Wednesday!  Some 7th graders need to get on tonight and renew their subscription!

Aleks Goals

Just as a reminder, ALEKS goals are due on Wednesdays.  This is a WEEKLY goal, students should not be waiting til Tuesday night to start their ALEKS homework.  There are many times through out the week where students can take the Initiative to ask to get on ALEKS during the school day.  Before specials, Wednesdays before Mass, after school at extended care, ISP time, Cadet teaching, etc.

Fall Break!

Excellent night of conferences!  The students did a great job communicating their goals and data!  I hope everyone has a wonderful fall break!  8 Green, 7 White and 7 Gold went to the lab to work on ALEKS today.  I did not see 6th grade or 8 Gold.  Aleks goals are due 11/2.  Don't wait til 11/1 to start working,. 

Halloween Party

We will hold our Halloween Party on Monday, October 31 at 2pm.  All are welcome to join us.  If you would like to send in a sweet treat with your child, we will put it on the dessert table.   We will be providing non-dessert foods for them.  Thanks!
